Through their nursery\, vineyards and winery\, Chalmers is working to sustainably grow and authentically craft the regional Australian wines of the future. \nJane and Jon\, hospitality industry veterans\, importers\, and noted authorities on Australian wines will be on hand to talk to guests\, pour wines\, and sign copies of their recent publication\, How to Drink Australian. \nCome ready to enjoy Chef Jon Rosnow’s summer menu showcasing fresh produce and plenty of grilled and wood-fire roasted items. The all-star wine team will be making rounds to each table\, visiting with guests to talk about the wines and their fascinating experiences in the industry. Your ticket price includes food\, pours of each wine\, and gratuity.
