How to Drink Australian Wine Dinner @ The Noortwyck (NYC)

Jon will be teaming up with his long-time colleague and buddy Cedric Nicaise, former wine director at Eleven Madison Park and partner at The Noortwyck – a local and seasonally sourced American restaurant in the West Village – for a multi-course wine dinner.
All guests will be seated at one table to share the experience. Dinner will be 4 courses, and feature the below menu:
