Love Australian Wine and BBQ? We’re having a Sausage Sizzle!

What is Sausage Sizzle? 

It’s an Aussie tradition; a casual cookout held in public places to raise money for charities, schools, children’s sports and so on. It’s bare-bones usually – a grilled sausage, lovingly called a “snag”, white bread and tomato sauce (actually ketchup).

When Jane Lopes and Jonathan Ross founded Legend 6yrs ago, they set out to not only import Australian wine but a bit of Australian culture too.
