Jon is heading back to his roots, with an event at the restaurant he got his start at in New Jersey: Stage Left. Stage Left and Catherine Lombardi have been staples in New Brunswick for decades, with a commitment to quality ingredients, warm hospitality, and excellent beverage programs. We will gather at 6:30pm with some welcome hors d’ouevres. At 7pm, we will sit down to a guided tasting and panel discussion with Jon and Stage Left's owners Mark and Francis. We will look at 8 wines in the tasting, including shiraz, cabernet sauvignon, pinot noir and riesling, but also more unusual varieties and surprises…all from producers new to New Jersey.
