But the experience doesn’t end there. Following the presentation, attendees will be treated to a meticulously curated wine dinner at Sketches of Spain with a menu by Chef Iñaki. As you indulge in each course, Jane will guide a tasting session, ensuring every sip is a voyage of flavors and history.

We are honored to join our good from Cha at her shop The Communion to discuss these exciting wine regions. 

For the afterparty, we'll be heading to new Syracuse wine bar Nobody's, where Australian wine will take over the list! No reservations necessary, just swing by.

Join us for an evening exploring wines of Australia at the acclaimed New York institution, Gramercy Tavern. Legend owners Jane Lopes and Jonathan Ross will join the Gramercy Tavern team in celebration of the launch of our new book, “How to Drink Australian”. We’ll enjoy six different Australian wines, accompanied by a five-course seasonal menu by Executive Chef Michael Anthony. 

Jon will be teaming up with his long-time colleague and buddy Cedric Nicaise, former wine director at Eleven Madison Park and partner at The Noortwyck - a local and seasonally sourced American restaurant in the West Village - for a multi-course wine dinner. 

A staple event at Nolita wine bar Compagnie des Vins Surnaturels, the Wine Mixtape series features a guest and their musical and wine selections. Jane and Jon will be holding court from 9pm until close, pouring some great Australian wines, playing some tunes, and signing books!

For Univeristy of Chicago alumni only - sorry! Jane Lopes, AB'07 is back with UChicago New York Alumni Club for Part II of our Sip & Study series. This time, we will discuss her newest book, How to Drink Australian: An Essential Modern Wine Book. She will be joined in conversation by Andrea Bischof, AB'13. We will taste some wines during the presentation along with Q&A; books will be available for purchase and signing before and after the discussion.

Come meet the winemaker! This will be the FIRST winemaker tasting at the newly opened Cosette, and the featured guest is Sierra Reed of Reed Wines (Geelong, VIC). Guests will enjoy three different wines of Sierra's (Alexia Grenache 2021, R&R Pinot Gris 2021, and Knife Edge Shiraz 2021) paired with cheese & charcuterie from Cosette.

Join us for a tasting and book signing at Harvest Wine Market, recently taken over by Miel's Seema Prasad, with the vision of making Harvest Nashville's premier wine and spirits shopping experience. Taste through five wines from Legend, hang with Jane and Jon, and pick up a signed copy of How to Drink Australian. This tasting is free, but bookings are recommended. 

Jane will be hosting a free wine tasting of some of the greatest hits of Legend ahead of Dedalus's annual Cosmic Wines event. Following the tasting, several of Legend's wines will be available by the glass and bottle at the wine bar, so stick around for a glass and a bite!

Once a year, the iconic wine shop Dedalus gathers some of their favorite wineries from around the world in Burlington, VT for Cosmic Wines. No bones about it, this is one of the premier wine-buying events in the country. It’s also a party. A chance to rub elbows and connect with the winemakers and importers bringing you beautiful, artisanal wines.

Join us for a fantastic evening celebrating Australian wine at Little Saint, acclaimed plant-based restaurant and music venue. Legend's Jane Lopes will be in attendance along with with Sierra Reed of Reed Wines for a book signing and a wine flight featuring Legend Imports' selection, including Reed Wines, Syrami, and Minimum.
