Known for its excellent taste in books and wine, they also host frequent author events and book clubs, located in the heart of the culturally diverse neighborhood once known as the city's Germantown.

Jon is heading back to his roots, with an event at the restaurant he got his start at in New Jersey: Stage Left. Stage Left and Catherine Lombardi have been staples in New Brunswick for decades, with a commitment to quality ingredients, warm hospitality, and excellent beverage programs. We will gather at 6:30pm with some welcome hors d’ouevres. At 7pm, we will sit down to a guided tasting and panel discussion with Jon and Stage Left's owners Mark and Francis. We will look at 8 wines in the tasting, including shiraz, cabernet sauvignon, pinot noir and riesling, but also more unusual varieties and surprises…all from producers new to New Jersey. You won’t be disappointed!
