This evening promises an array of exquisite flavors with a menu by globally acclaimed Chef Dominique Crenn and a glimpse into Sierra's fascinating winemaking odyssey that spans the globe! Sierra's eponymous winery, 'Reed,' takes center stage, featuring a curated selection of her exceptional wines, including 2021 'R&R' Pinot Gris, 2021 'Alexia' Grenache, and 2021 'Knife Edge' Shiraz. We will also explore her winemaking journey, pairing wines from places Sierra has trained, from Barolo, Italy to Germany's Rheingau to Beaujolais, France.
