What is Sausage Sizzle? 
It’s an Aussie tradition; a casual cookout held in public places to raise money for charities, schools, children’s sports and so on. It’s bare-bones usually - a grilled sausage, lovingly called a “snag”, white bread and tomato sauce (actually ketchup).

Join us on Thursday, July 30 for a special Australian wine dinner with Boise Co-op Market at the North End Wine Bar. It will be an educational evening with Jonathan Ross, exploring a variety of Australian wines from the Legend portfolio in a guided tasting, paired alongside small plates crafted by Terroir Bistro.
